The Barbour County Bank and Perfectly Pampered Salon are the Barbour County Chamber of Commerce Members of the Month in December.

BC Bank, formerly the Barbour County Bank, was incorporated in 1969 and opened for business in 1970.  The bank is community-oriented and continues to serve its customers in the same manner it has for the past 50 years, Phillips says.
