The Blue and Gray Loop, says Harris, costs $ 1.00 per stop in Belington and Philippi, although monthly passes are available for $ 30.00 for connections with several shopping and housing complexes in adjacent counties.  Deviations of ¾ mile from the loop require a reservation with (304) 457-1818.  There is no age limit and baby strollers are permitted.  Only guide and service animals are allowed while lost & found items are kept for 30 days.  Seat belts are a must.  Questions related to the Blue and Gray Loop should be directed to the office listed above.
