Belington Shop-n-Save is a full-line supermarket with produce, delicatessen, bakery and fresh meats based on the needs of its local customers, says Sinsel. “We are a hometown grocery store providing the highest-quality foods at competitive prices and have been part of the Belington community for over 40 years, providing jobs for local people and supporting hundreds of important causes in our hometown for many decades, “ she says.
“We are proud to be an ESOP business,” she says, “which stands for Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Some 49% of the businesses is owned by the hard-working employees in our stores, giving them a generous benefit when they reach retirement age.
