Barbour Community Health Association was recently recognized as The Corporate Citizen of the Year by the Chamber.

The Corporate Citizen of the Year 2023 award is nominated and elected by the total membership of the Barbour County Chamber of Commerce and recognizes the business member which has made a significant contribution to the good of the county in the previous year.

The award is in the form of an engraved crystal obelisk and was presented to the Barbour Community Health Association, whose CEO Eric Ruf, left, accepted the award from Chamber President Hunter Mullens during the Chamber’s Annual Banquet.  The award specifically recognizes the leadership of the association, made up of the Belington and Myers Clinics and other health facilities in Barbour County, during the recent Covid pandemic.
